Primary Services

• Inquire with the TILL Office or designated department coordinator.
• Submit the required forms and supporting documents.
• Complete screening, orientation, and partner-specific preparation.
• Participate in the approved mobility activity and submit completion requirements.

How the Office Supports the Community

Application Process supports students, parents, faculty, personnel, alumni, and external partners by providing clear assistance, organized records, responsive communication, and service aligned with the mission of Saint Thomas Aquinas College.

The office coordinates with other units when concerns require academic, administrative, financial, pastoral, or student-support action so that requests are handled properly and consistently.

Common Transactions

• Receive and evaluate inquiries or requests submitted by students, parents, personnel, or partners.
• Verify required information, records, forms, or supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the concerned department or office when additional action is needed.
• Release updates, guidance, documents, or endorsements through the appropriate communication channel.
